  1. 16 teen year old kid named Amadeus Cho, I don't feel like grabbing my comics to check for exact accuracy on spelling and age but it is relatively correct.

It isn't exactly that he is smarter than richards or stark, just that he "processes data" differently than anyone else ever has. He sure as hell outsmarted Reed Richards though.

Oh i never heard of him is he relatively new?

It's been said before that if Parker ever got serious, his intelligence would rival that of Richards/Stark. Also, thanks to Thor's death, Doom is back.

Sure Doom's smart, but not smarter then Reed. I mean Doom blew up his own face...I'm sure spidey could be as smart as or smarter then Stark if he got serious but he's not in Reed's league.

  2. I gotta think The the two smartest guys on earth Reed and Stark will have some kind of contigency plan already in place for the Hulk's return...

The problem is that there is a guy that might be smarter than both of them looking to bring him back to Earth. I doubt they thought of that.

Who the heck is smarter then Reed Richards?

  3. While the multiplayer experience of Halo 2 rules on several levels, KotoR has to be one of my favorite console RPGs evar. Easily. Such great characters and story and system, and bascally everything that matters.

Word, I love star wars Kotor

  4. Yeah, in the fifties and sixties Kryptonite was used as a plot device to get out of storylines and into storylines. Awful. One good thing Crisis did.

Yea and it's like way complex too. Green kryptonite is melted down and refined to black and then its drilled in half and painted with polka dots...

  5. Stark didn't NEED the suit (more specifically the chestplate) to live until "Heroes Reborn" when a piece of shrapnel pierced his heart. At least, that's what I remember, because I have the first 10 issues or so of Heroes Reborn Iron Man. Someone can correct me if I missed something there.

I'm pretty sure he needed it long before then, but it was the same thing with shrapnel pierceing his heart. Didn't they get rebooted during heroes reborn? Maybe thats why he didn't need it to start with.

  6. Earlier today sometime around 10am(eastern) I tried to come on the site and I kept getting something else come up. It was for something called Zidine or something saying I needed to download it or something. Now I was on the site earlier and it was fine and it's working now. Every where else I went was working fine so my question is, Is it my computer or was it the website?

  7. I'm not really versed in Iron Man lore, but wasn't him having a heart problem part of why he invented the suit? Does this follow the Ultimate universe like the first movies?

Well it was in 616(is that the right term for the regular marvel universe?) and he needed the Iron plate in his chest to live. I'm not sure about the Ultimate line though. I'll check this out probably. I really want to see what they do with Dr. Strange.

  8. My guess is that there will be a twist: we're supposed to think it's turned Peter's costume black and / or maybe bonded with it, when in actually it's turned his costume black and is inside Peter. Hell, they're really pushing the whole "evil inside you" thing, so maybe it projects Peter's dark thoughts, so it was really Parker's inner demons which made the costume black and not "Venom" itself.

Eh I hope not. The venom storyline is a bit of a hardsell on the bigscreen they need to keep it simple.

  9. It's so loved because every issue is self-contained. Yes, there is a bigger storyline running throughout (RE: Superman is dying from sun poisoning), but you don't need to invest in four, five or six issues to get a complete story.

Plus, it's just fun, old school Superman (i.e. challenging the gods, Black Kryptonite turning Superman evil, etc.).

I've never been much of a DC fan but I do like superman. How many different forms of kryptonite are there?

    A lot.

    Damn that was alot....

  10. I learned this lesson a long time ago. At my bank's ATM it charges you two dollars to check your last few transactions. At the same bank. It's a piece of paper just like the receipt.

Wow at your own banks ATM??? Thats even worse then mine...

  12. Blame the writer.

Let's put it this way: the first issue was released on 21 December 2005. The current rumor is that issue three will finally see print on 28 December 2006... over one year later. That date... I wouldn't trust. This book has been solicited and re-solicited so many times now, I can't keep track of when it's supposed to appear. My best guess is that it will appear... never. Sad as it may seem, we will never see the ending... unless Marvel hires a ghost writer.

Huh...why? I thought the whole mini would have been written by the time the first ish hit the shelves?

  13. I found that out a few months ago. Getting an ACCOUNT BALANCE costs two dollars if you get it at a random ATM out in Bumfuck Nowhere. What a fucking joke. It's a piece of paper no bigger than my hand. That doesn't cost two dollars. Sorry...um, no.

Exactly and the problem is I never knew. The ATM i used is in the corner store of my block. If I had known about the fee I would have just checked the account balance at my house over the phone for free! Just another excuse to snake away a few bucks...

  14. So I deposited some money yesterday to find out I got hit by an overdraft fee(38 freaking bucks)The thing was I was only over a dollar. Confused I checked all my incoming outgoing transactions. I hear Foreign atm charge 2 dollars four times in a row. Which was strange since I only had used the ATM twice. So I call them to find out that if you check you account balances on another ATM, even without taking out any money you get smacked with that fee. Just to check my balance it cost TWO DOLLARS!!! what a freaking joke. I was able to get the overdraft fee waved but i'm still switching banks...

  15. At present he's considered to be an expatriate due to his self-imposed exile. For whatever reason he's supposedly exempt from the SRA.

Huh? I wonder why? He falls into the catergory and should either register or be forced to.
