  1. No to the poll, but it's iffy. For Ra's, totally gay. For Bruce, It's the same principle as having sex with a post-op transsexual and having no idea (although, being the detective that he is, Bruce would have figured out it was Ra's somewhere in the middle, especially if Talia Black-Bibled him). Then the question is to stop or to continue, despite the initial revulsion and conflicting arousal. The uncertainty, the drive to go forward, the odd mixture of revulsion and arousal, curiosity overriding your better judgment... I've said too much.
  2. Hal could barely wield the yellow ring, so I can't see him wearing any other colors besides the violet or maybe red if he's really pissed. Sinestro could probably wield all of them, except for blue and black(He's been dead before, correct?).
  3. Batman R.I.P. in 5 Panels. Des and Koete are gonna hate it.
  4. I just found out that my aunt passed away. She was recuperating at a nursing home after a severe auto accident and her heart gave out. Every summer as a kid, no matter where I was living, I'd go and spend a week with her, my other aunt, and my grandparents. It was always the highlight of my summer, as I got to enjoy a relatively normal family life and experience unconditional love from someone other than my mother. I also got to indulge in my favorite foods, watch all the TV I could (even when I was grounded from it at home), and get some really cool swag. You know, all the stuff that's important to a kid. I remember the cook outs with them and the rest of the family, the drives to Louisville for the meeting/drop-off for her and my parents, the drives to Manteno singing along with the Beach Boys (because it was the only tape in the car). I remember the Chicago Zoo. I remember her in the backseat of a police car because of the Chicago Zoo (nothing serious, I just blew chunks at the Dolphin show and the officer didn't want us walking all the way back to the parking lot). I remember being so disappointed that night when we didn't go to Chuck E. Cheeses because of the aforementioned blowing of chunks. I remember Galaxy Bowling and Arcade, where I'd run around spending $20 worth of quarters ($10 of which inevitably went to Wrestlefest) and she'd sit down and get high score on Mrs. Pac-Man. I remember going to her wedding and meeting my future uncle, while they in turn met my new step-dad. I remember them coming up to Waukegan after my high-school graduation and going to the Star Trek-themed restaurant nearby. I remember always leaving a drawing for them to put up on the fridge after I was gone before I left. I remember going up one more time in 2001, and having to spend an extra day because Houston got hit by a tropical depression and was under water. I remember a conversation about prayer that we had. She said something that stuck with me, even if I didn't practice it. "If you don't talk to God on a regular basis, when you finally need to ask Him for something, He's going to say, 'Who the heck are you?' I'm not sure if I believe in God, but I know if there is one, He's gonna have a lot of time for Aunt Diane. I miss her and love her and will always remember.
  5. Absolutely not. That's why its annoying that they won't admit they're wrong! :grumble: I concur! Thirded If you all admit you're wrong and Teen Titans is in continuity, nothing happens. An argument ends. If we were to admit we're wrong, then we'd get at least 10 less episodes of WFP. In the case of selfish vs. selfish, I choose the side with greater entertainment value.
  6. Oh, so Braniac Attacks isn't continuity, but Teen Titans is? Hmm.... Welcome aboard. Don't make me hurt you.
  7. Probably redundant considering most of us already check out Linkara every Monday, but he pulls off another one. Star Trek #1 Edit: "I don't have to explain it. It's magic."
  8. The weather report here in Knoxville says it's raining. Now, I've a lot of different types of rain. Heavy rain, light rain, sideways rain, sleet. But to my recollection, rain isn't white and fluffy and easily packed into a ball. More proof that Lewis Black was right and Meteorologist means liar.
  9. I feel like we're at a gala for debut of the Emperor's new opulent robes. Half the crowd is in awe and enjoying the champagne, and the other half is shouting, "HE'S NAKED AND PISSING ON US!"
  10. That's my point. The Black Glove never came off as evil, just as rich, bored fools. So the Black Glove Society essentially had the same motivations as the Terrible Trio?
  11. They still have the perfect angle. With Matt & Edge together (which, by the way, is all sorts of awesome considering the history), Jeff needs someone to watch his back. Who better than Edge's (on-screen) brother? Okay, yes, Christian isn't a great face, but we'll be getting another TLC match (or, if the stars line up just right, a 4-way ladder match at WM). I'm all for that.
  12. In a related note, I received two of these e-mails in my spam folder: How awfully tragic. My heart goes out to this poor women and I feel the need to help her out. Let me see what's in my wallet... hang on... Oh, well. And she seemed so sincere.
  13. EDIT: forgot to mention how I felt about it... :urock: :urock: :urock:
  14. SNICK fucking sucked, except for Ren & Stimpy. Bring on the cactus, I'll have my OCD suffering-slave remove the thorns.
  15. See if the ripoff has a website. They usually will have the latest firmware and/or driver update for their product. If not, you are on your own.
  16. A little, but the image of you suckling on Dan's nipple with a cookie in your hand was not one I really needed to have ever.
  17. Wait, if he gets milk with his cookie, then I want milk too!
  18. Not to get on a Doctor Who tangent, but will you also be drinking your own internal milk?
  19. He was also Lex Luthor's Vice President and became President when Luthor was taken down. That lasted like a week before Checkmate engineered his impeachment. So Suave gets the cookie.
