Miss America Comics #1-This is just a non-issue. The story and art is bland. The character design is off from the cover to the interior (to the point of one being a hot blonde and the other being a mousy girl with glasses). I like a story that focuses on the women's war efforts of munitions manufacturing but it was still a lame duck. The backups all focus on Whizzer which is both the lamest Marvel character I can think of right now with the worst superhero name in history, next to Captain Piss. 4/10
