  1. Thats a good point. Maybe one would best go with Luther and act like you aren't a threat to him, so as not to draw too much attention to yourself?
  2. I just think if I rated them as a percentage, there is 100% chance that Luther would stab me in the back sooner or later, and I human so 100% chance Magneto would turn on me (or not team with me to begin with). Whereas with the Joker it's only 95%, because of his unpredictability. And as for not fighting for a cause, as I mentioned, if you made it fun/crazy enough and maybe with the promise of the death of a certain winged nemesis.......
  3. To those who voted Magneto, lets assume you are NOT a mutant, would your answer still be the same? I'm leaning towards Joker myself. Between the 3 of them, he is the only one that never really has a 'master' plan, and while he is erratic (read: crazy), I think as long as what you are doing with him keeps him occupied and entertained enough, then there is les chance of him having time to think about turning on you.
  4. This isn't a 'who is the most evil', or a 'who will help you achieve your goals the best' type question. You are a budding super villain, almost to the level of these 3 and you have a plan to dominate the world. Who do you team with and why? No real reason why I only offer these 3, probably because they are the most well know, anyway, if this belongs somewhere else, feel free to move it.
  5. Hmmm, I was initially excited then I realised only the Vader one was close to being decent. Still, they are very very cool and I do have a new Godson who is having a first birthday soon, hehehe.
  6. I had a quick look and couldn't find any discussion on this show, so I'm using this thread. Let me know if it is somewhere else. Ok overall, this show bugs the hell out of me, but I continue to watch it for 2 reasons and 2 reasons only. 1. Kristin Kreuk is FUCKING HOT! 2. Lex. Michael Rosenbaum is just simply amazing in his portrayl of a young man who will eventually become the most evil person to walk the planet. I pretty much tune out to any of the 'Clark having troubles with......' story because I can only put up with so many 'he has special powers from the radiation of the meteor shower' type scenario's.
  7. It looks surprisingly good. As long as they keep the Wolverine, Magneto and Jean Grey as the main characters, there they really can't do much wrong. Not sold on the Beast look, his facial hair is very similar to Wolverine, but all in all, looks good.
  8. I friend of mine has shitloads, including the Buffy series. They would have spent about $1000 on all 7 seasons. Anyway, WB have just released all entire 7 seasons in 1 super box set for $269. That shit pisses me off. The true fans spend 4 times as much as someone like me who knows if they wait long enough they will get it at a bargain. I will be buying this new $269 set and will waiting for the following series to end and then be realesed in bargain box format: 24 Alias Angel Stargate Stargate - Atlantis The Simpsons The OC Shows that I am buying as they are released are Arrested Development Seinfeld (I can't resist a minature puffy shirt) The Shield
  9. Doesn't look as good as he did in Wings as Lole Seriously though, Ned from Ned and Stacey was pretty much a super Villain anyway, so this should be right up his alley.
  10. Lex henchwoman, you know, one of the amazons (whose names escape me at the moment)??
  11. That's a bit of a disapointment for me, I was actually warming to Maggie as ShadowCat, as she is my favourite female X-men character and Maggie is pretty darn sexy! How about Dawn from Buffy for Shadow Cat, that would be totally awesome!
  12. I bet this crap fest is just setting up for Batman vs Superman, which of course will blow even harder because of how totally awesome Batman Begins is.
  13. probably a good thing. If beast is in it, there may be too many blue characters!
  14. Notch one up for the bad guy. Everyone are being fanboys. It's the same as asking who would win, Yoda or Darth Maul....... You gotta go with experience when dealing with a real rookie. Although, the bit where you said he could sense Batman holding back is really itching at the back of my neck
  15. Like I've said before, even if it isn't as good as previous seasons, it's still infinitely better than 90% of crap on TV.
  16. Man, what happened to you, you used to be cool
  17. That's a very big call. You won't see it at the cinema or you just plain won't see it? You don't want to be like Bart and the Itchy & Scratchy Movie.
  18. I'm so very torn on this... Honestly unless they have brought back the writers from season 3 through 7, then I'm very worried.
  19. As long as I don't see the follwing scene in a Yoda movie: Yoda: I love you Girl: No I love you Yoda: No I love you more then I won't care
  20. Ummm, I already laugh (in a good way) at 80% of what Logan said in both movies (his digs at Prof X and Cyclops especially). Other than that, I really don't want to see any other jokes. FUCK! Wat next, will Tucker be playing some reporter or Whitehouse official!
  21. In terms of current English actors, he's easily in my top 5. Ian McKellan would be up there, as would Anthony Hopkins. I always thought Hopkins could play a BADASS Mr. Sinister. I always wanted Jeremey Iron to play Mr Sinister, that would be the bomb!
  22. Maybe it's fanboyism, maybe it's the fact that Bridges over the River Quay isa great movie, I don't know, what I do know is that Obi-Wan proved that we could do almost anything when he put his mind to it. The only thing....... I think Obi-Wan is in awe of Yoda, like a 60's teenager at a Beetles concert. If he can overcome that, then he should be fine, but it is a tough call. I voted Obi-Wan, but I'm not 100% confident on it.
  23. Cash, you make a good point about mastery of the force. I think though, that Luke has a bit of mongrel farm boy still in him and would probably fight a bit dirty. It's all about who would get the good start, if Luke can catch Yoda on the back foot from the start, then he would be in with a chance.
  24. HAHAHA, I'd love to see that, what a crack up!
  25. Voted Luke. His whole story arc shows that he doesn't back away from anything, regardless of the risk. In Empire he wasn't trained, yet he ran to fight Vader; in Jedi he turned himself in, on the chance that he could save his father. 15 Votes and 4 arguments, come on people, this is the fun part!
