*crosses fingers* The friend I'm tutoring really needs to tell me when he intends on changing his plans to having me and his girlfriend hang out with a waitress from the local sushi place that I've never met and somehow studying at the same time somewhere off campus. They're supposed to be coming and getting me soon, but somehow I'm doubting that might happen. If they do pick me up, here's hoping I don't somehow end up in the next town over.

I figured. I want to see how good the gameplay and story is before I ask for it on the Wii.

Playing through Okami on the PS2, deciding whether or not I should ask for it on the Wii at some point based on what I see here.

That's awesome. Particularly like the Hal and Dr. Manhattan ones.

My friends and I will watch some of these shows when we get together. However, it's based on the mutual understanding that they're cheesy as all hell and will make us laugh our asses off.

Yeah, the pilot script's definitely better than what's been airing up till now. It looks like Fox had some major hand in what we've gotten up to this point, which kind of explains the suckage. Last night's episode is better than what I've seen up till now. Might keep on watching it online, but probably won't go out of my way to find a lounge to watch it in.

Watched the newest episodes of South Park and Dollhouse this afternoon. South Park is fucking hilarious, no questions asked. Dollhouse is slowly getting better.

How different is it from the script that aired?

Two of three of my finals are done. And the other one is simply a retread of all the grammar on our review tests. I'm more or less free at this point until Tuesday night/Wednesday morning. Also, now have a decent amount of $ in the bank b/c of federal refunds! Life is awesome at the moment.

Question: Can a Lantern only hold one loyalty to a ring at a time, or can certain types of compatible rings make someone a dual-wielder? Also, if, for whatever reason, someone was switched from one ring to the other really quickly, would it have any detrimental effects on their person?

The next forty-eight hours or so are going to be made of crazy. Got a lot of errands to run tonight, and two tech crew shifts that will potentially be a pain in the ass. Tomorrow will be my oral interview for Japanese, along with presenting the outline for my final paper in Modern Chinese Lit and Cinema, the one class this term that I absolutely loathe. Upon finishing this, and with brief breaks for meeting w/my dad for a meal, dinner, and Anime Club elections/meeting, I'm going to be hammering out the paper so that I'm either done with it by tomorrow night or Friday sometime. Friday I get my take-home exam for Quantitative Analysis in Anth (basically stats that'll actually apply for the Anth major), and I plan on finishing that as soon as I get it. If I'm not done with the MCLAC paper, I'm going to be finishing that one up, too. 10th week. It is, in fact, trying to kill us all. (We're on a trimester system out here.)
