James D.
I still haven't been able to get my voice memo of our Street Fighter viewing off my phone. The file is too big.
dc20willsave
I apologize since I'm going to throw out a suggestion I'm sure you've already tried: There should be an option to share someplace in the app. You could try sending it as an e-mail. Dan
Mike, I want you to know that I'm taking your opening remarks to heart. Cards Against Humanity has the potential to make the world a better place. If we can all agree to sit down and play as one people, I think we'll find that there are far more similarities that unite us than differences that divide us. I see a world without war, a world without hunger, a world without class and race and strife. Sincerely yours, Fuck Mountain

KnightWing
Hook it up to your computer and sync it over via iTunes. This article may help.
Dread
Get a male to male audio plug. The same size as your headphone jack. Put one end into your cell phone and the other into your computer. Open Audacity, select "line input" or however it's labelled, hit record and press play on your phone. Voila. Old school.
Missy
Once you sync your phone, it should appear in your list of songs as a voice memo.
James D.
I am currently trying the Audacity method. Listening back to this has been hysterical. I will keep this in my library forever.
