Chops
I'd thought it would be fun for everyone to list their favorite movies for each genre, not neccesarily which movies you think are best, but the movies you could watch anyday and be enjoyed. Western: The Life and Times of Judge Roy Bean Drama: The Shawshank Redemption Horror: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre Comedy: The Big Lebowski Military: Full Metal Jacket Feel free to add more genres to the list, these were just the ones I could decide on right now. marit83
There are so many movies out there, so this definitely isn't a complete list of my favorites, but these are the movies in the forefront of my mind that I could watch a countless amount of times and either see something different, or just enjoy it immensely. There's also a few category additions I hope everyone will add on to. I sorta just had to find somewhere to put Escaflowne and at least ONE or two Miyazaki movies. =3 ~marit Western: The Last of the Mohicans Drama: Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind Horror: The Grudge (American and Japanese) Comedy: Monty Python and the Holy Grail And added categories: Action: Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade Action Drama: Gladiator Action Sci-fi: Serenity Romantic Comedy: Roman Holiday Musical: Moulin Rouge! Animated Feature (Action Horror): Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust Animated Feature (Drama): Whisper of the Heart Animated Feature (Sci-fi): Iria: Zeirem the Animation Animated Feature (Fantasy): Escaflowne: The Movie Animated Feature (Family): Spirited Away Animated Feature (Musical): Beauty and the Beast

James D.
Action: Batman Beyond: The Return of the Joker Are you referring to the uncut version or the original release? The uncut version where the parts like Tim shooting Joker and Joker shooting Bonk are still in the film. I could watch that movie 50 times in a row and never get tired of it. Missy
I have to get that DVD. Before it was released, when only the edited version was available, I bought a very poor bootleg and, thus, didn't get to fully enjoy the movie. JackFetch
Horror: Phantasm I have love for Phantasm in a "B" movie way, and ofcourse the Tall Man rocks. It was my favorite when I was a kid, before all the sequels. To be honest, I don't watch many horror movies anymore. They are all too predictable.
