Missy
Previously on WFP we've played musical bumpers between each review, with each one being the theme of the episode we were about to cover. However, starting with Superman, the episodes no longer have individualized themes -- leaving us without bumpers. James and I have discussed using quotes from each episode, but we both prefer having only one quote (at the end of the show) per episode of WFP. So what should we use for bumpers? Guest
There are a bunch of Superman related themes here that you could use.

Missy
Five times per show? No.
annericelover
You can used the villains theme, doesn't each villain have their own indivisual theme defining them. Like in B:TAS. During the episodes in which Batman and Superman(or there characters)team up you can play New Batman/Superman Adventures Theme.
Missy
If there isn't dialog over the themes, yeah, the villains route might be the way to go. I could also isolate a random theme from each episode, but, again, there couldn't be any sound effects over it.

James D.
The thing is, I was really hoping we'd end up using the JL and JLU themes at the beginnings of WFP episodes when the time came to review those shows because, frankly, their themes rule. Why do you always have to have a frown in your posts? It puts a downer on my day EDIT: Kidding
Missy
I'd say it's more of a scowl than a frown.

Jake
The only idea I can think of is playing an audio clip of a particular scene in each episode, just like how you do at the end of each podcast. Of course that would mean how you played audio clips before would lose some appeal - but it's the only thing I can think of at the moment. Sorry. Missy
Thanks, Jake, and welcome to the forums. Your idea was the first one I thought of, but James and I quickly nixed it because it takes away the specialness of the quote at the end. Dan
I thought you made a good comproise. You kept the original BTAS theme for the show, but you did manage to get the Superman theme in there.
Jake
Hey guys; chances are you've already thought of this but since you're going to be devoting an entire episode to the "World's Finest" three-parter, and the musicial separations in the earlier episodes were quite nice - please consider using the theme to the "Batman/Superman Adventures" after you're done reading the viewers e-mails. Shit. That was just one sentence.
Missy
Good call, Jake. I'm so used to using quotes for bumpers now, that I probably would have done the same here. Thanks!
