I mostly skimmed over this, as you've listed all eps of the DCAU after all(!), but I've always seen Mask of the Phantasm being set before the flashback events of Mad Love. Once Harley's introduced into the mix it's harder to separate Joker from her and she plays no part in this story.

Your right, I will edit that. thanks!

Brainiac Attacks isn't in continuity and the majority of Old Wounds takes place between Sub-Zero and "Sins of the Father". I'd also say that "Holiday Knights" takes place after "Growing Pains" due to Clayface's needed to use Annie to find out where he was after being torn apart back in "Mudslide" while in "Holiday Knights", he has no problem turning into a bunch of kids and running around..

I always thought Braniac Attacks was in the DCAU, just like Mystery of the Batwoman.

Yeah, Braniac Attacks was really just a way to cash in on the kids audience during Warner Bros' attempt to restart the mainstream Superman franchise in 2006. Its use of the DCAU character designs and voices was actually just a way to make it cheaper by skipping a lot of pre-production and casting costs.

I don't count flashbacks as making that episode in the time of the flashback, so I will not change the position of "Old Wounds". Thanks for telling me about teh Clayface episodes, I will edit my list again.

Seems kind of important to at least make a note there, though, huh?

There was a lot of flashbacks in the DCAU, this entire list was hard enough, I can't do all the flashbacks. For example, I didn't say where the the Return of the Joker flashback was in continuity.

Wow, this list list must have been very time consuming and like most I just skimmed over it, but I did notice something. The Batman: TAS episode "Showdown" takes place in 1883 after the Justice League: Unlimited episode "The Once and Future Thing Part 2. " I know that the wrap around story in that episode takes place in the present with Batman and Robin trying to find Ra's Al Ghoul, but the majority (15 minutes or so)takes place in 1883.
