Molly
This looks to be Marvel's answer to Batman: The Brave and The Bold, and I, for one, am PUMPED after seeing these images. (And some of the attached casting.)
Missy
Robert Englund as Dormammu, the classic Heroes for Hire, and what looks to be a badass Ms. Marvel have me excited! But what the hell is MODOK stuck in?
Molly
We probably don't want to know. Also, The Thing's tie = Pimpass. As well as Sulu-actus. And if Ka-Zar doesn't do a Hercules Hair-Flip, I'm rioting.
Koete
Not big on the animation style, but the cast they have is amazing. I'll be giving it a shot.
Dread
The comic was a pile of garbage. Cade asked to go to bed as I was trying to read it. Maybe I'll download an episode to give it a shot.
James D.
That animation style looks really, really bad. The voice cast, on the other hand...WOW.
grahamvidger
It'll be more like Krypto The Superdog than Batman the Brave And the Bold. Marvel cartoons have never been that good, mostly because their on Fox Kids so they have to be really kid friendly. another reason why this will be so kiddish, is because its like based off a line of action figures made for kids, that's also why the animation looks terrible. Just look at these action figures. I mean I am one of those geeks that don't like stuff in that category of collectibles, but how can any like these action figures, maybe its just the Hulk one that bothers me. No offense to any geeks that may like them.
Molly
It's not on Fox Kids. It's on Cartoon Network. And some of the Superhero Squad figures (CaPunisher, Deadpool, tons of others) are awesome.
Venneh
I'm amazed at the voice roster, and interested to see how the animation style works out. I'll probably follow it online, going and staking out a TV at school just gets to be too much of a pain.
Molly
I mean, how is this not awesome?
Koete
Oh God. The Punisher...he's...he's smiling at me. He's smiling into my soul.
KnightWing
Yeah, they showed a clip of the series at one of the cons not that long ago. Apparently one clip had Doctor Doom getting out of the shower to answer the phone while wearing a bath towel. That sounds kind of awesome. It's no Brave and the Bold, but it's so kiddy it's hilarious.
Missy
Also, The Thing's tie = Pimpass. Ha! I didn't notice that before.
Missy
Hang on. Everyone has four digits: three fingers and a thumb. But that's how The Thing is always drawn, so shouldn't he have three digits: two fingers and a thumb?
SuaveStar
If this succeeds, it just means we're one step closer to a tiny titans cartoon!
Molly
This thing is on Cartoon Network right now. The first episode was bad. Like, bad. I'm willing to give this second episode a shot, but... it's going to have to be solid to win me over.
Molly
Slightly better: MODOK is yelling at Abomination, and says "...Want to hit you, but arms too short."
Koete
Nothing worse than having a great cast wasted.
Molly
Yeah, we have nine minutes left in the second episode, and I'm willing to call this a failure. The animation actually looks pretty good in motion, but the writing is terrible. Potty humor and cliches. It's awful.
MaxPower
Which is a shame, because Batman B&B is actually kind of fun in a light hearted way. "No matter how many times I work with you, I still can't figure out what your powers are". That cracked me up for some reason.
