Is this taking place in the original X-Men movie universe or the new Avengers universe?

I have discovered Chuck, and am thoroughly enjoying it, almost through with season 2. (I don't want to go through all it so fast, I'm scared I'll get tired of it but I just can't stop.) Eureka and Warehouse 13 have shown up again for their respective fourth and second seasons, great as always.

Okay, with these pictures I can cement the idea that Ryan Reynolds is Hal. The costume, , I don't think it quite works, mostly the mask, people can never seem to get simple domino masks to work, now that is something that the Batman Schumacher movies got right, Robin's mask.

Jonathan Kent is confirmed in the first episode, and the first episode is called Lazarus, so either A: Jonathan is going to be resurrected. Or B: Clark is going to see Jonathan in a near-death-experience. I have to fanboy it up and say that either way, I won't judge until I see the episode. Am happy that Kara will come back, hopefully to conclude her story-arc. Now all we need is some Michael Rosenbaum to make the set complete. Oh, and on a semi-related note, in the increasing likelihood of him being there, who would you want cast as Darkseid?
