I've long been an advocate of bringing back Gallifrey in one form or another just because I'm a 3rd and 4th Doctor fan and those guys were always copping shit from the Time Lords, be it getting grounded on earth or co-oped for missions. Only issue is that it's weird for 10 because he died in a story that sealed them away and prevented their return, but wibbly wobbly timey wimey if another him from a couple of seasons earlier makes it so that Gallifrey was never sealed away then he never needed to die to seal them away and oh I've gone cross-eyed.
