If it's going through something like Fathom Events, there'll be a ton of screens here in the States. Otherwise it's probably just going to be a theater in New York, one in LA, and maybe one in Chicago. I'd be willing to bet that it's going to be Fathom in the States. Paul McGann confirmed on his Twitter that he did dub over Smith's narration. I think the one who said "lives" ten seconds in was Peter Davison, but I'm not too sure.
