slothian
Wait, Lazenby's a "vast improvement" over Connery? I love OHMSS and think Connery gets overrated, but his initial run of films was him at the height of his Bond career. It's only Diamonds Are Forever that saw him really ageing and disinterested. SImilarly, I like Lazenby's performance more than most, but I'd stop short on calling him an improvement. More like a refreshing change of pace. Dread
Guess we're confirmed on who is in the Iron Patriot armor then.
Molly
I fully expected that, makes sense.
KnightWing
The leaked photos of the armor earlier had "Col. James Rhodes" printed on the suit, so this has technically been known for a while. Some toys have also revealed that he is, in fact, called Iron Patriot. JackFetch
It's just the War Machine suit with a paint job isn't it?
Professor
Slightly different than the War Machine armor I think. A little sleeker and less gun heavy. The shoulder gun is noticeably smaller.

JackFetch
I love how he's wearing Tony's glasses, and stepping on the Iron Man helmet. He's basically saying "I'm taking all your shit".
James D.
No matter what else happened in the movie, if the Mandarin were to take the glasses and crush them/melt them/whatever in his hand, and Tony replied with, "Those were $500 sunglasses, asshole", I would give the film five stars. JasonC
Sure, the trailer got me excited for the movie. But that's a trailer's job, to get you into the movie; I always take them with a huge pinch of salt. Iron Man 2's trailer was pretty kick ass as well, remember? All too often, all the good parts of the movie are in the trailer and the rest of it is a big steaming pile of bovine excrement. My default position on all superhero movies is that they are going to be mediocre at best, awful at worst. Then, when I actually see it and its pure triple distilled crystalised awesome - like Avengers was - I can be happily surprised. Life in general has made me a natural pessimist. It's my default position in all things.
JackFetch
New trailer. I can't be the only one that feels The Mandarin is very heavily based on Bane. The odd voice. The tone on the character. I never saw TDKR, but this trailer is exactly like the TDKR trailer. Also, Pepper in her underwear......
