Missy
Boom, indeed! (And thank you!) This week's goal has been met! At this point, The Crow: Wicked Prayer will be a written review. If, however, someone donates even one penny between now and Saturday night, it will be an audio review.
Missy
Thanks to Dan's donation of exactly .01¢, we've made it to $25.01 for the week! So The Crow: Wicked Prayer review will be of the audio variety. Dan, as I said in the e-mail, that had me cracking up, and put a much-needed smile on my face! Missy
Paging, Will! Paging, Will! This week's goal is $100, for which Shana and I will remake Saved by the Bell on For Better or Worse!
dc20willsave
For the record, are the donation tiers cumulative or does each donation count one i.e. if you donate 40 tomorrow and 60 today, do they count as a 25 to 49 donation and a 50 to 99 donation or a 100 dollar donation? Missy
I hadn't given it any thought until now. I'll say, for the weekly goal, it's cumulative for those seven days. For the tiers, however, each donation rests at that tier. So, to use your example, a $40 would net you a written review, and a $60 donation would be an audio one. Garfield
It's still better than Dustin Diamond's post-Saved By the Bell videos.
James D.
It's still better than Dustin Diamond's post-Saved By the Bell videos. Quoted for truth.
Koete
Hmm, would those count as geek related?
dc20willsave
If it helps any, I can try to point out around ten episodes of Saved by the Bell that are fairly representative of the series while slightly less painful on a whole. I love the show but even I'll admit, some of it is god-forsaken terrible.
Dread
The chess episode is amazing.

Dread
Jesse Spano trying to explain Glasnsost to Slater during the match is television magic. Also, a young Carla Gugino in the pilot episode as the girl Zack was with in summer camp gave birth to my boner.
James D.
I think my favorite part of all, though, was Belding getting fed up and giving us this spectacular line of dialogue: "Hats, kidnapping, gambling?? That's it! Both schools forfeit!" Did Tommy Wiseau get his start as a SBTB writer?
You Know Who
I don't think it's so much that no one likes Fables as no one wants to read you eviscerating it (though I fall into the former camp).
Missy
Honestly, I'm willing to give everything a fair shot. Even Fables.
dc20willsave
I blew my load for Saved by the Bell so I didn't have the money for Fables.
Missy
Though I haven't recorded an update for it, the goal until 13 October is $100. If we raise that, I'll review Batman: The Long Halloween on Earth-2.net: The Show by Halloween.
