This image sums up exactly how I feel about the insanity that has (or soon will) befallen the entire British press and all of DW fandom. I'm a Doctor Who fan but I could give a crap about who everybody on the internet thinks should be Twelve, ESPECIALLY the ones who don't stand a chance in hell (Helen Mirren and Idris Elba I'm looking at you). Someone wake me when its over will you?

So I'll wait till it comes out for rental then.

Are you watching Hannibal? I watched a couple of episodes but haven't gone back. I might watch the rest at some point but I have no impetus driving me to do so.

On the basis of what? Did that trailer intonate bad things to you? I really don't know. Well, actually I do. The whole thing about Superman is that he's alone. There's no Krypton, very few other Kryptonians. Now, it looks like there's a whole damn army of them fighting it out on Earth. How is this different from a thousand other 'invading-alien-army-overwhelms-earth-except-for-the-one-reason-to-hope' movies? All they've done is shoehorn Superman in it and called it Man Of Steel. I hope I am wrong. I want to be wrong. But I have been burned by too many sub-par superhero movies to get my hopes up. I should know better than to judge by the efforts of the MCU.

I'm down for 5 new shows this time round: The Blacklist: James Spader as an evil mastercriminal using the FBI to catch his enemies? I'll give it an episode or two Killer Women: Trisha Helfer as a badass Texas Ranger? No brainer, I'm there for the run. Agents of SHIELD: Need I say more? Oh OK.. Agent Phil Coulson. Almost Human: Karl Urban on TV. Sleepy Hollow: As someone said earlier, the Headless Horseman has an assault rifle. It has me for the pilot and a couple of episodes at least. Whether I'm still with these (apart from SHIELD and Killer Women) by the end of their seasons is currently debatable.

I was so pumped for it that I booked a seat for the largest IMAX screen in Europe (according to the website anyway). Then I see these action trailers and I start wondering if I can get a refund.
