IMDB says it's being released in the States at the end of October. No UK release, but then I'm not a huge thriller fan anyway.

I've got to echo the above in that Kevin Conroy IS Batman, with Keaton being the best contender. Pumped for Bale though....

I know for a fact that Catwoman has also been advertised like mad over here as well - you know a studio really wants you to see a film when it get's it's own bus advert. I should've seen Hellboy & Punisher in Banff but it lost out to more family friendly films. Hellboy's getting a lot of ads as well - three short trailers before a showing of Spiderman 2.

I don't suppose Back to the Future III and Wild Wild West count as proper westerns, so I'll say yes.

Shame, it was an excellent show. The art in a lot of episodes is superb and Aku might be one of the best cartoon villains ever! Episode XIII where he tells children fairy stories about how evil Jack is is probably the funniest thing I've ever seen in a cartoon!

As someone who went: NES Gameboy SNES N64 Gamecube along w/ a few GBAs on the way, I proclaim myself Acolyte to High Priest Keith in terms of Nintendo fanboy-ism. No inferior companies for me....

Lack of Online titles Probably more of a problem now than it was a few years ago, since online games have really taken off. If the next Nintendo console doesn't have that option, it may very well be their Dreamcast..... Lack of third party exclusive This would be my choice and yet it's not really intentional on Nintendo's part rather than the developer's recognising a lack of capabilities on the Gamecube. Viewtiful Joe was a major thing for them, and then it gets made for PS2 :grumble: Nintendos kiddie image For teen gamers who don't appreciate N's history, perhaps, but it's not really that big a deal. No GTA or Halo Halo is massively overrated. GTA would be great for N's fortune tho'. Basically, N needs it's own kind of GTA/Halo to reassert itself because Metroid doesn't seem to count.... PS2 and X-Box are just much better Not really, they just have more going for them Can't watch DVD's or listen to music on it That's something that always puzzled me about the GC, that it was disk based but couldn't acomodate normal sized disks. Really, it's a combined set of problems. Nintendo may just drop out of the home consoles market to solely focus on handhelds if the next one fails to address these problems so the future's not that bleak....

Old and it's not even close. The new series lacks a certain something called character, like most of the recent cartoon updates (He-Man anyone?). Coincidentally, I found myself an audio file of the old opening theme and totally marked out!

Dr Mario is a great game: I'd do exactly the same as Yoda did. But Tetris has the edge just because it's so playable. It's also probably the reason that the Gameboy did so well when it first came out, although I expect people to disagree with that...

Gamecube, although my brother's on it so often that I barely get the chance to play it. Hook up the N64 at times too.

I read on the trivia page of S2 on IMDB that Raimi is thinking of doing both the Lizard and Osborne as the Goblin. Though your plot would work too....

Just seen it this afternoon (opened in the UK on wedndesday) and was majorly impressed. Everything from Parker's unending woes at the beginning to Doc Ock to Harry's growth and Dafoe's cameo was great. And yes, JJJ is still the best scene-stealing character!

Seeing as this has moved out of the comic book category, does this mean it's no longer restricted to comic characters and is open to cross-format battles? Two examples of what I mean: Wolverine v Freddy Kreuger Sonic the Hedgehog v The Flash Can't find anything to suggest otherwise in the rules so could the above happen, or would people prefer it sticking to the comic genre, or characters within their own genre?

I was so bogged down reading waffle that I think I missed the thrust of his argument? Is it basically that he likes (grudgingly) S2 because it isn't dark and gritty? And that Nicholson was a worse Joker than Romero because he didn't play it camp? What the fuck is this guy on about?
