I've always been a geek in some form or another. The geekem that I exhibit on this site comes from my love for movies and video games. Not many people I know care to sit there and listen to me analyze one scene in a film, while trying to make sense to it. Earth-2.net has always been a sanctuary of sorts for me to be able to expose that love. Not to mention WFP was a big draw for me, I love the DCAU and with that podcast, it really helped me get into comic books. A childhood hobby I never really got to experience. I've also got to meet several great people, Yoda, James D, DCAUFan..., Suavestar and many more on this forum. So thank you earth-2.net and keep up the great work.

This was a great story, having Superman and Batman unable to trust anyone because of Luthor's plan. I hope they really give this film justice.

That's what I was talking about. Joss Whedon shows tend to do that. It may take a while to show how good it could be, but when it does its hard to stop watching.

WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED!!!!! All this week Cartoon Network has been advertising the new episode as 8pm and even my cable channel guide said 8pm Batman: The Brave and the Bold, but it came on at 8:30pm. I was lucky to have catched the last 10 minutes of the episode. FUCK YOU CARTOON NETWORK. I guaranteed it was mistake within the studio and all hell is breaking loose tonight because of it. Is it me or would it have been cool to have Kevin Conroy play the voice of Owlman, the model for Owlman looks a lot like the New Frontier model of Batman. So maybe Jeremy Sisto could have been the voice of Owlman

It looks like the Season 8 finale will kill off another main star. Chloe or Lois are who I'm thinking(especially after the Legion episode revealed that Chloe either died or changed her name and is not in the history books). The next episode reveals that Clark let's everyone know who he is. I think its a dream or alternate world or something, because he wouldn't do that. It could be that he wonders what it would be like if everyone knew and this is a way for him to find out and that is what ultimately makes him decide to get a secret identity.

I think it depends on whether or not you want or like to be surprised.

I don't remember him being on Red Kryptonite in that episode. I believe the effects of her kiss brought out his Kryptonian desires. She said that only a Kryptonian could handle the rush her kisses cause.

Hey guys, hope you didn't miss me too much, lol I lost my connection on the net to watch Batman Beyond, so I haven't been able to watch the series. But I've finally found a new site and watched EVERY episode I have missed and every episode I have missed here on WFP. But I will only comment on this episodes; episodes. Hey Mike how about Keanu Reeves as Man Bat? I mean he always looks down on luck, lol I mean I haven't seen him smile since his Bill & Ted days. I thought Mia Sara was a good Harley Quinn in BOP, but she is a bit old. I think they should cast an unknown for that role. Hey have you guys seen the trailer for the new Street Fighter? Robin Shou(Lui Kang in the MK Films)is in it and OMG, not Kristen Kreuk as the main character. I do look forward to the reboot of the first MK film, that was a great film, but you can't continue what Annihilation destroyed. KING'S RANSOM: I always enjoyed episodes with The Royal Flush Gang, so this was a great episode to start off with. Do you think Ace the Dog was named after the original Ace from The Royal Flush Gang? I mean Bruce's life is based off of his life as Batman, otherwise he would have named the dog Alfred. BETRAYAL: Not a bad episode by much, it had its lag moments, but it was generally an ok filler episode. I wouldn't watch it again. James remember when you said Bruce giving a small reference to Two-Face as the friend he had to fight? Well maybe that is why he did a 180 on this particular situation. Bruce went through a lot trying to save Harvey from his own demons and knew that Terry feeling as guilty as he did for what happened to Big Time(like how he felt for what happened to Harvey)might not succeed, causing something worse than just being beaten. OUT OF THE PAST: Great episode, its always nice to see a familiar face in this series. Having David Warner return was a guilty pleasure. My only problem is that Bruce didn't seem to catch on that the incident between him and those pinks was a set up. Bruce would have been able to spot that as a setup in a quick second, especially after Talia says it was fate. But still good episode. Mike for your question, its gay in the POV of Ra's Al Ghul, since he knows he's having sex with another man. From Bruce's POV, I don't think it is, since he is having sex with Talia in his mind. But I think Bruce would have thrown himself out a window if he did, lol. Here's a question for you; Do you think Ra's finger popped him/herself while in Talia's body? lol SPEAK NO EVIL: Gorilla Grodd Beyond; that's how I feel for this episode, except Gorilla Grodd was smarter and didn't turn out to have a legit reason for his actions. Do you think Bruce was referencing Gorilla Grodd when he said that Gorilla's are smarter than most people realize? James you have to remember Gotham Knights ended with Judgment Day, so maybe they thought they were getting a 4th Season. This is still a somewhat boring episode. Brian Thompson was the only good thing in MK: Annihilation, but than again I'm a fan of his, so maybe I'm being biased. INQUELING: I enjoyed this episode, its always nice to see a characters back story, even if its not too good, lol. The whole falling apart reminds me of Clayface falling apart. Remember the first Inque episode she started to drown him by suffocating him. That was pretty brutal.

I found this great site to where I can watch the first 3 Seasons of The Incredible Hulk, all the Batman:TBATB episodes, Static Shock, Teen Titans(ughh)and Zeta Project. I've already seen all the webtoons for Lobo and Gotham Girls, will not go through that again, lol. Even a websites with EVERY episode of The Simpsons, let the podcast be made, lol

Here's a few reasons I can think of as to why Starro wanted Batman to be bought in: 1. To keep Batman and Bruce from considering him for a trader. 2. Starro wanted to gather up as many powerful members of the Justice League as possible and Batman was a great member with the sharpest mind. 3. Bruce has that contingency plan that has all the JL member weaknesses, get him on the side of Starro and that won't be a problem anymore. In fact that'll help in case the Starro's meet another member who is able to thwart their plans. Oh and guys is it me or does Barta look like a stronger version of Maxima? Did Superman and Maxima get it on?

Well its a contract, so unless FOX buys out the contract and pays everyone(writers, creators, directors and so on)we will get 13 episodes, but just like Birds of Prey we may get an actual Series Finale

It might be better though, you know after a new Bond film is made and released on DVD they retool the previous box set to add 1 or 2 more disc for the new film. Pretty soon they will start releasing indivisual Bond collection going with the actors who played Bond The Sean Connery Collection The Roger Moore Collection The Pierce Bronson Collection and so on...

Every new series starts off slow, it does help if there was more promotion, but its not a guarentee. It's all about whether or not people give it a chance. The trouble with Hollywood, the economy and the impatience of the network makes me think that we may not get a 2nd season. I think the series was cleared for 13 episodes and if Dushku is right about it getting better in episode 6 that may be too late. I think last night's episode was good though, so hopefully she's wrong and it will get even better next week.

Are these releases(outside of the Bronsan and newer films)special edition releases with more than one disc if that is how the indivisual films are released? And how much did you pay for this? If you don't mind me asking?

Ok, the series in the first 2 episodes were somewhat a disappointment, but last nights episodes was actually quite good. I liked seeing Echo change her directives course and thinking outside the box and now the guys who control everything are wanting to send her to the attic(which I guess means put her away), so this may be where the first seasons story arc starts. 3 out of 5 for last nights episode.

Hello I have been watching this series that I grew up watching frequently lately and a question has come to mine that as a child you really don't even think about. Just to let you know this thread isn't solely for the 70's series alone, you may discuss anything that has to with TIH, especially any of the numerous cartoon TV Series. My question(s)are: In the series Jack Magee(Jack Colvin)is always after The Hulk(or Creature as he some times calls it). Do you think its because he really doesn't want further people to get hurt or die(since he thinks The Hulk killed David and Elaine Marks)? Or do you think its to just sell newspapers and prove to his boss(es) that the Hulk exist? I watched the Season 2 episode "Wildfire" where David works on an oil rig and develops a relationship with the owners daughter. How long after the 2 part Season premiere episode "Married" do you think it takes place? Do you think the TV Movie Trial of the Incredible Hulk should have had the planned Daredevil spin-off, with a better Daredevil costume and a few David Banner cameos, just to see Kingpin caught(now it just ends with him getting away and that's it)? Do you think there is still enough of an audience of the original series to make a Son of the Incredible Hulk to help close out the series? Do you think Lou Ferrigno's Hulk should have learned to speak at some point just to keep close to the source material? Can you remember the first episode you ever saw of The Incredible Hulk?

Yeah, the movie version of Fury is based on the Ultimate line of Marvel comics, where he's exactly as you described. His morals aren't quite as strong as someone like Peter Parker's, though. He ascribes to the "kill ten, save a thousand" philosophy. I think that SMJ can play the role perfectly, but that may only be because I've seen his exact likeness in the comics doing those exact things.
