  1. The disappointing aspect of the second half was the reveal of It's true form. I heard in the novel there is never a clear description. SPOILER!!!! So for the ending to reveal a mechanical spider was very disappointing. But the acting was done well. Does anyone realise that the little girl killed in the beginning, grew up to be in Final Destination 3 as one of the two Ashley's who get burned alive in the tanning booth(she's the blonde)? Also Jonathan Brandis AND John Ritter are dead and Annette O'Toole who played Lana Lang in Superman III and plays Martha Kent in Smallville played the woman in the group.
  2. Well maybe I spoke too soon. It appears that Pet Semetary is being remade and its in the developement stage. I did enjoy the original film, but I love Stephan King's TV Movies. I wonder who they will get to play Gage, Miko Hughes was a once in a lifetime thing.
  3. Well Mick Garris directed several Stephan King TV Movies, with most of them Stephan King wrote the script. But the film that needs a 4 hour TV Movie is Pet Cemetary(which is spelled Semetary).
  4. Well I was reading that the Sci-Fi Channel has plans to remake Stephan King's It. I love the original film, it was done very well. Tim Curry IS Pennywise, but if they did end up doing it I hope Stephan King and Mick Garris are involved. Here's the link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/It_%281990_film%29
  5. Fixed it for you. In a way your right, but Hollywood is certainly starting with the horror genre.
  6. Well you know Hollywood won't be happy until all horror films of the 80's are remade, others are: Child's Play Hellraiser April Fool's Day The Wolf Man(A remake of the classic Lon Chaney Jr films of the 40's) Evil Dead Prom Night Friday the 13th
  7. Yeah me too...They owe alot to the "Son Of A Hundred Maniacs" But in my opinion, I don't know what to think about a remake of A Nightmare on Elm Street. I mean, remaking Friday the 13th is one thing, there hasn't really been a definitive actor to portray Jason Voorhees except Kane Hodder, but Robert England IS Freddy Krueger. It's like with the remake of Hellraiser, Doug Bradley says he wants to do the remake, but is waiting for them to call. Doug Bradley IS Pinhead, so I hope they get him back.
  8. The other factor is, is that Justice League: The New Frontier takes place during a different era of comics than Superman: Doomsday, so by trying to add continuity to the two films your cheating the fans who read both comics out of being faithful to the source material.
  9. Is it a concept that can be transferred to the big screen? Without looking stupid.
  10. Is Ant-Man a good comic book? Is it adaptable to the big screen?
  11. Where has it been released? I looked and it's scheduled for February 26, 2008. I want this DVD, the animation looks great.
  12. Well I was over at youtube and found a tribute video by a friend of mine called KalEl1029 here's the link the song is called "Breathe Me" by Sia: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qIDrwtyIXa0 KalEl1029 is a great editor and has several more videos, go on his page and you'll see them all.
  13. Yeah, actually I had an idea a while ago for a Crow vs Crow type story. This was the premise: The Crow brings the soul of a person who is wrongfully killed, well not every wrongfully killed person is a good guy. What if, one of them decided to stay on Earth with the powers and not get the justice he/she is supposed to get. Well naturally another must be born to right that wrong. I also had a small idea for a female to be brought back by a Crow(with either Angelina Jolie or Rosario Dawson as the female).
  14. Go here for what may be one of the saddest news I've heard in a long time(in terms of remake ideas) http://www.bloody-disgusting.com/news/10970
  15. Darkseid(Michael Ironside), Lex Luthor(Clancy Brown), Brainiac(Corey Burton) and Metallo(Malcolm McDowell) were the best thing about the Superman: TAS. Some great voice actors made those roles theirs. Ok I am now even more suped up for Superman: TAS bring it on!!
  16. Well after part 3 was released I felt like the pain would be over. The first two films were decent, but the third just sucked and brought nothing new to the series or characters. Now it seems like Disney is about to rehash the plot of the first film and give it to Joshua Jackson's character Charlie. So far Joshua Jackson and Emilio Estevas are the only ones signed on. Here's the link for more information: http://www.countingdown.com/movies/3543508 You can also go to www.wikipedia.com and go to The Mighty Ducks Trilogy.
  17. Sorry another example of my lack of comic book knowledge, he's not part of the Avengers. Well Ben Affleck may one day change his mind. Here's to hoping.
  18. Thanks, I have heard there was a sequel, but kept forgetting the name. In your opinion how is Dark Victory?
  19. Well Elektra, as terrible as it is, is considered a sequel and there is still The Avengers movie, which may feature Daredevil, so maybe Ben Affleck can reprise the role there.
  20. This version of the film gives a lot more to the characters and makes even more sense than what we see in the Theatrical Version. It also keeps in tone with how lonely Matt Murdock's life is, since he doesn't get to sleep with Elektra. Definately one of Affleck, Gardner, Clarke Duncan and Ferrall's best performance.
  21. You can used the villains theme, doesn't each villain have their own indivisual theme defining them. Like in B:TAS. During the episodes in which Batman and Superman(or there characters)team up you can play New Batman/Superman Adventures Theme.
  22. Hey guys, sorry to hear about your troubles. The whole thing with the plumber sounds to me like he was very unprofessional and should have had the necessary equipment to clean up any mess. I live in an apartment building where they had to redo the bathroom and kitchen and I had to clean for a week because they didn't cover anything, very unprofessional. The whole Heath Ledger thing is definately a shocker. In terms of his family and everything I feel sympathy and mourn for him and his family, but as a fan of Batman and the upcoming The Dark Knight its also very heartbreaking. I know his character was supposed to continue through to the next installment and I now can guarentee that Heath Ledger will be the best Joker to ever portray him and he can't continue the part. Bruce Lee(Enter the Dragon) and Brandon Lee(The Crow) died performing their career defining role, now Heath Ledger. He was great in Brokeback Mountain(which I finally saw a week ago), where he met the mother of his daughter Michelle Williams(who was in Dawson's Creek and Halloween H20). Another great episode, once again as you know I have been having personal troubles and I am so glad I was able to hear this episode. I am doing alot better and will be front and center for the next episode. Enjoyed listening to so many great moments from previous episodes, especially the impressions, lol.
