Dread
I suppose my pitch for GREMLINS IN DA HOOD is redundant, now?
Missy
I couldn't figure out if this should go in the anime or comic book adaptation section, so it will go here.

dc20willsave
Kim Jong-un is ready to declare war if James France/Seth Rogen's new movie where they assassinate him is released.
Dan
That's adorable.
JackFetch
Someone should remind the guy that we are already at war with them. We have been since 1950.
Dread
I hope it happens just for the history book sidebars. "Pictured are Jim (Seth Rogen) and Paul (James Franco) depicting two hesher assassins in The Interview, the film that started World War III." Stavros
Maybe they can tap Dennis Rodman to assassinate Rogan and Franco. I can't remember, how did they respond to Team America: World Police?
Molly
Maybe they can tap Dennis Rodman to assassinate Rogan and Franco. I can't remember, how did they respond to Team America: World Police? You don't remember the North Korean invasion of America? Wait, that was that shitty Red Dawn remake. Carry on.
Stavros
I though Kim Jong ll was just upset when Friday Night Lights ended and wanted to capture the cast to have them make more.
dc20willsave
Dude should have been watching 30 Rock. He was played by Margaret Cho and was in love with Elizabeth Banks. Guy is really detached from reality. He's like the kid who thinks he can punish you for not playing with him by threatening not to play with you. Yes, that is based off a real incident. Venneh
Sherlock update!. We're getting a special and another series. Special is due to shoot Jan 2015, with series 4 shooting later in the year.
Dread
Episode 2 was wayyy better. I love The crime blogger. Good angle and an interesting mouse for Lecter to play with in the future, I think. She's inquisitive and feisty like another woman in his future. I think that the best part of this show is the music. I nodded appropriately when I saw Brian Reitzel's name in the credits. His 30 Days of Night score is one of my all-time favorites and the David Slade connection is there. Edit: this post refers to Hannibal. Clearly got the wrong thread here. Venneh
Haha, it happens. Either way, welcome to the ride, Des. And soundtrack wise, they're going to be releasing something like a four disc soundtrack in the near future
Koete
It looks and sounds like nothing else on television.
Missy
Word is that Skyler Page, the creator of Clarence, sexually assaulted Adventure Time storyboard artist Emily Partridge. And this isn't the first time he's done something like this. As such, he's been fired and the shows has been removed from tonight's schedule. Dan
The Weinsteins said "thank you but no thank you" to Clerks 3.
Koete
They said "thank you, but no thank you" to a $6 million budget. That is cold. If a Kickstarter launches, I won't be surprised, as the scenario would be very Veronica Mars.
Dan
I truly don't get it. Yes, crowdfunding will get this film funded in about an hour (assuming Smith is serious when he says that the Weinsteins would let him make the movie anyway, since they actually own the franchise, not Smith), but Harvey spends far more than $6M trying to get his Oscar bait publicized. Hell, he spends more on suits. I have to wonder how much of this is ruboff from Red State; Smith's "critics are mean to me" hissyfit led to that movie only making back a quarter of its budget. He hasn't had even a minor box office success since Clerks 2 in 2006. Smith vocally blamed Harvey for not promoting Zack and Miri sufficiently, and Harvey is notoriously thinkskinned and holds grudges forever. JackFetch
Smith keeps saying he's done, and then keeps coming back. Just go away or accept your small cult status already, but know that you don't have any pull in Hollywood anymore.
Dread
What? Clearly there is more story to be told in the rich universe that is Clerks! </sarcasm>
