Dread
I mean, come on! This casting rumor is INFINITELY better than Depp.
Dan
I don't watch a lot of Mad Men, so I'm much more familiar with Hamm (as he is in real life) as a goofy comedy acolyte game for just about anything. However, I know enough to know that he can handle pretty much anything you throw at him, and quite frankly, I'm very pleased that they're going older. MaxPower
I'd love to see Olyphant as Mr Sinister in X-Men.
Venneh
Developing, but Marvels apparently committed to a Black Widow solo film post Avengers 2. EDIT: Not yet they haven't.
Dan
Jill Pantozzi is on Twitter right now saying they jumped the gun. Nothing's official yet.

KnightWing
Am I the only one who doesn't think Scarlett Johannson is interesting enough as Black Widow to justify a solo movie?

Koete
Yeah, a Black Widow movie would really be a mark against the stunning quality and depth that the Marvel cinematic universe is known for.
Venneh
Fucking Ant Man is getting a movie, and he's never even appeared on screen. I'm sorry, but I'd like our one female lead to get her own solo movie.
KnightWing
Ant-Man is a new character; Scarlett's Black Widow has been in two movies and wasn't terribly interesting in either one. She's better than Hawkeye, to be sure, but that's not saying much. I'm all for more female-led superhero movies, but they need a better female lead. Either recast Black Widow or introduce a different character, like Ms. Marvel.
JackFetch
Maybe if they flesh her out more in the next Cap and Avengers it will be different. As she is now, she's not worth a movie.
Koete
Thor's been in three movies and he's not terribly interesting.
NightAngle04
Thor and Loki are a package deal though
JackFetch
Thor's been in three movies and he's not terribly interesting. He has a fully fleshed out background including family drama and is a God. What does Black Widow have?

KnightWing
Thor the character is a little bland thus far, but Hemsworth is charismatic and likable enough that it works out regardless. And yeah, he comes with Loki. That's the thing; every Marvel movie thus far has had a really good (or at least really likable) lead actor. Downey, Norton, Hemsworth, Evans, et cetera. Scarlett has thus far been really passionless and bland. I'd legitimately rather have Milla Jovovich show up playing Black Widow, even if it was basically just Alice from Resident Evil all over again. At least she's Russian and can pull off an action lead role halfway-effectively.

JackFetch
They did say they were working on making her character better in the next Avengers, so I'm willing to wait and see. Personally I'd rather see a team-up with her and Hawkeye to define their relationship better.
JasonC
Make it about the mission Widow and Hawkeye met on and what led him to make 'a different call'. Or Budapest, and whatever happened to make Natasha think a Chitauri invasion was similar.
