JackFetch
It does look devastating, but he looks like he's having a seizure when he does it.

SuaveStar
It reminds me of William Regal's knee trembler: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NemptrQ0I5U
Guest
Nakamura's gimmick is that's he's wacked out of his mind, so the seizure-esque quality of it is intentional.
Stavros
If you're going to pick a favourite wrestler, you can do a lot worse than Nakamura. Even in a company as stacked as New Japan he stands out.
Aaron Robinson
I like the simplicity of it. But I always feel uncomfortable seeing people getting a knee to the back of the head. And that one in the video looks fucking brutal.
Guest
It's everything a finisher should be. It looks cool and you can do it to literally anyone. Too often I'll see some contrived move and wonder how the conversation went in the back. "What's your finish?" "I lift the guy into a fireman's carry then rotate him 47 degrees whilst I do a backflip." "What's your finish?" "Knee to the face."
Professor
Finished the Undertaker The Streak set on Netflix. I gotta say, it was not that great. Interesting look at the evolution of the character, but the matches lack in quality. I would say two are epic (Michaels I & II) and a few others are good (Batista, Edge, Triple H III). But most are average (Flair, Triple H I, Sid, Orton), below average (Show/Albert, Nash, Henry, Kane II), to downright shit (Snuka, Roberts, Bundy, Gonzalez, Kane, Bossman, Triple H II). I knew this going in, but I was still let down with his matches, mainly post Mania XX. Randomly, his best entrance was vs. Batista. Had the druids, walking out of a room of light with the long coat and hat. Awesome visual. I was never a fan of his black robe & hood. SuaveStar
Linda McMahon just lost her second run for senate. The grand total for her two attempts to Vince McMahon and WWE? $100 million. So, expect the surge of WWE wrestler firings soon.
SuaveStar
The new nWo documentary WWE just produced is pretty bland. It's an hour long, and it covers the rise in '96, Sting, and the entire thing just falling apart, the only notable thing is they got Vince Russo to talk about it. It's as generic as a WWE documentary can get, and is easily forgettable.
SuaveStar
Vince's face during the speech is priceless.
Professor
Watching the ECW Unreleased DVD. And something occurred to me during a Taz vs. Sabu match. I really do not enjoy Sabu matches. I cannot think of one that I enjoyed.
Guest
Sabu very rarely ever had good matches, in the traditional sense. He was always sold more on his aura and the sense of danger that came with him than anything else. The only really good ones I can think of off the top of my head. vs Taz at Barely Legal vs Terry Funk and Shane Douglas (the first three way) vs Cactus Jack 1994 (the beer bottle match) vs Rey at One Night Stand teaming with RVD vs Shinzaki and Hayabusa at Heatwave 98 He had a bunch teaming with RVD, but a lot of that had to do with their opponents (The Eliminators, Furnas and Kroffat). Dread
I distinctly remember a match with Sabu v RVD where they completely obliterated a table and then got fucked up on a guard rail before taking the fight into the crowd. Not sure if the rest of the match was great, but 15 years later or so and it still sticks with me.
Molly
Sabu is a guy I just loved to watch get obliterated, Foley is a favorite.
SuaveStar
http://www.dailymoti...clip_shortfilms John "Earthquake" Tenta had a tryout match to return to WWE in 2001. I have no idea who his opponent is in the video. Edit: Supposedly, it's Joey Abs of the Mean Street Posse.
Missy
Man, I used to love Earthquake!
Guest
Yeah, it's Joey Abs. And he's a fucking moron giving Earthquake a suplex for no reason like that.
Dread
Earthquake taught my friend's older brothers entire male gym class a three week clinic on pro wrestling WHILE he was in the WWF. True fact. He also lived 5 minutes down the street from me.
SuaveStar
TNA's latest feature is to have Jeff Hardy backstage promos be his inner monologue playing out as he looks off into the distance. Other than that leap in logic, the shows have been pretty enjoyable.
SuaveStar
And, according to WWE.com CM Punk is having emergency knee surgery: http://www.wwe.com/shows/raw/2012-12-03/punk-knee-surgery
Professor
I just finished RAW for this week. I have lost faith. Teddy Long comes out and takes it upon himself to unmake a tag team match. Why Teddy? You can no long holla at me. Playa.
JackFetch
Considering Teddy has no authority on Raw it seems kind of stupid.
SuaveStar
CM Punk is no longer facing Ryback at TLC. The main event is now Team Hell No, and Ryback VS The Shield in a TLC match, where you can win by pinfall.
Professor
Seems like this match was going to happen, with Orton instead of Ryback. As a main event, that is an extremely weak match.
