KnightWing
I can see Jonathan and Clark talking about heat vision: "Clark, it seems you have the ability to set people on fire when you get a boner." That was pretty much exactly how it happened, as I recall. At the end of the episode, when Clark says "after I learned how to trigger it, I figured out how to start fires without thinking about sex!" I pretty much yelled "OHGODTHANKYOU!!!" >_< Yeah. Not my favorite episode.
KnightWing
So IGN has a better-resolution image of Hawkman: I think the combination of the lighting with the leathery costume was what threw me earlier. It gives everything a CG look. And eesh; from that angle, it makes Shanks look a lot less fit than he really is.
Molly
Part of me is glad that they didn't really update the costume, but man, that shows why not everything works in the live action world.

I'm holding out hope that it looks better from a different angle.

ShaunKL
Now, I didn't know the Justice Society was going to be in the show. So the first part of the trailer when the cloth gets ripped off the table I rewound it (DVR) and stood there just staring at it. Justice Society! Squee! Koete
Alan Scott Green Lantern ring...Sandman...Dr. Fate...what looks to be an Alex Ross painting of the Justice Society... This is going to be amazing.
Missy
That... that... that has me excited for Smallville.
Koete
It's okay Mike. It's an episode about the JSA, written by Geoff Johns, with no Dale Eaglesham artwork. In short, it's what you've always wanted.
KnightWing
I wonder how long it'll be before Geoff Johns goes the way of Frank Miller and so many others. (insane)
Koete
We'll know when Geoff and a Hal Jordan action figure have a civil ceremony.

JackFetch
The trailer for the second half of the season showed these: btw, I'm almost caught up now. Whoever thought to give Lana powers was an idiot.
KnightWing
I'm really happy with what they're doing with these DC heroes now. No more of that "this is the Smallville version of X character," now we've got the JSA in all their glory, full-on costumes and all.
JackFetch
I'm wondering how they will handle Green Lantern with the movie coming soon.
KnightWing
I'm wondering how they will handle Green Lantern with the movie coming soon. Well, he's not been mentioned as a major role, so I'm guessing that they'll not deal with him much at all. He might get a dialogue reference, but that's not exactly going to cause any major interference or confusion.
dc20willsave
I'm wondering how they will handle Green Lantern with the movie coming soon. They might just call him Alan Scott or Sentinel to make it less confusing that way as well.
JackFetch
I've come to the conclusion that Clark is an asshole. Chloe was in love with him and he ignored her. In the episode Infamous, Lois was obviously in love with him, and he treated her like crap and told her he wasn't going to tell her his secret after he resets time. I think he actually enjoys breaking hearts.
